Daily life in Japan, where do you get Japanese food and food from home?

Food in Japan

Health Care in Japan

Daily Life in Japan - Health Care in Japan - going to a doctor or a hospital, where few if any of the staff speak English, can be scary to say the least. Add to that, the fact that you are sick and have less energy to deal with this situation, and it becomes a mountain of a challenge to climb. How can you find English speaking doctors in Japan?

Education in Japan

So you`ve married a Japanese spouse and you plan on having children and living here, congratulations! Japan is a great country to bring up kids. Or you have moved to Japan from abroad and have brought the kids, great! But what about educating the kids? What are the positive and negative aspects of Education in Japan?

"Many Western residents - as well as anyone from abroad who has a long-time association with Japan - confess to having experienced yo-yoing between a love-hate relationship with the country they have chosen to stay in or remain deeply connected with. Amnesty International Japan attempts to make Japan a better, fairer and more equal place for all, and it is easy to get involved and help end unfair, practices by the police or government that infringe upon human rights or are just plain unfair or even wrong.
